Co-founder of Shreyas, he heads the Direct Tax & Audit practice. He has more than 15 Years in Direct Tax & Audit and has been engaged with the top audit firms having experience of 10+ Years in field of Direct Tax & Audit.

He has dealt with direct tax matters for large manufacturing entities, with respect to income tax computations, Tax Planning for Individuals and Corporates, Special Advisory on SEZ Units, planning for advance tax remittance, advisory for Tax Deduction at Source and other related work.

He was part of the team in handling setting up of SEZ and STPIs and advised corporates in transaction restructuring. He has developed special skills in tax audit and ICDS impact analysis of many manufacturing entities.

He has even led the regional consolidation of public sector bank and also as head consultant in direct tax provisionings in litigation matters for a public sector bank
